Free
Trying Vaultrix on one real deal before committing to anything — a real account, not a sandbox, with 10 AI Analyst questions to test citations and grounding for yourself.
Starter
An individual analyst or associate running their first few live deals through Vaultrix, with occasional AI Deal Report generation.
Pro
Someone working multiple concurrent deals who needs a larger monthly question allowance and more frequent AI Deal Reports.
Enterprise
A deal team of 10 or more that needs pooled seats, a higher shared allowance, and sales-assisted onboarding rather than self-serve checkout.
Included usage
Every paid plan includes the full diligence engine — AI Analyst Q&A, request-list mapping, and AI-generated Deal Reports — the plans differ only in how much you get each month. Two separate allowances apply per plan:
- Credits cover everyday AI Analyst questions.
- AI Deal Reports are a smaller, separate allowance — a full report runs several AI calls internally, so it's metered on its own rather than drawn from the question pool.
Both allowances reset at the start of each billing period; unused credits or reports don't carry over. On an Enterprise plan, both allowances are pooled across every seat on the subscription, not divided per person.
Important limitations
- No OCR yet — a scanned, image-only PDF won't have extractable text. Native/digital PDFs work fine.
- No SSO yet, and no private or dedicated deployment — every plan runs on the same shared environment, isolated by server-side, per-deal access control.
- No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification yet. See the security page for exactly what is and isn't in place today.
- Enterprise doesn't have self-serve checkout — it's arranged directly with our team.
Billing
Starter is monthly only. Pro and Enterprise can be billed monthly, quarterly (10% off), or annually (20% off). Pay in USD or INR, including UPI, via Razorpay. Plan changes and billing-period changes take effect from your account settings — no need to contact anyone for Starter or Pro.

No. Credits and AI Deal Report allowances reset at the start of each billing period rather than accumulating, the same way for every plan.
Credits cover everyday AI Analyst questions. AI Deal Reports are a separate, smaller allowance for generating a full AI-written deal report, which runs several AI calls per report and costs meaningfully more than a single question, so it's metered separately rather than drawn from the same pool.
Yes. Enterprise is quoted per seat with a 10-seat minimum, arranged directly with our team rather than through self-serve checkout.
